In all hydraulic-driven systems, there is constant friction between system components, this, over a long-time of operation, with many other factors together will increase the temperature of the fluid, resulting in losses of input power, which in turn is converted to Heat.

Overheating is ranked no. 2, which accounts for approx. 20% in the list of most common problems with hydraulic equipment. This makes it necessary to have an effective oil cooling system to cool and maintain the oil cooling temperature as per application needs.

Our focus has been on offering energy-saving, environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and quality heat exchangers. Our expertise in the technical advisory area is key to this success. We work with our customers on their requirements to ensure that their application needs are satisfied by the best heat exchanger solution possible from us

To meet various application requirements, we offer oil cooling systems

  • Air coolers
  • Plate heat exchangers
  • Pump-transfer cooler filtration units
  • Accessories and Spare parts for oil cooling systems

Oil-Air Coolers as the name suggests are cooling the fluid – usually oil or water-glycol using atmospheric air. These coolers primarily consist of a fan which is externally powered and a heat exchange cooling element which is constructed of finned tubes.

The Hot fluid flows through the cooling element, and the fan draws external air and drives it through the cooling element resulting in a temperature difference, hence heat exchange takes place.

The continuous process of circulation results in transferring this heat from the fluid to air thereby relieving the excessive heat that builds up in a hydraulic system.
To size, a cooler for an application requires various parameters to be considered. Primary, is the heat load. The greater the heat load, the cooler needs to be sized proportionally to ensure the heat load is taken care of. Other major consideration includes the Hydraulic oil flow required, desired oil temperature, oil viscosity, and more.

To ensure system performance and reliability, it's best to install an oil air cooler for all applications, with minimum impact on the existing layout.

A wide range of coolers with various options and designs are available, This includes a cooler with axial and radial fan designs. AC supply, DC supply, and hydraulic motors, to ensure the versatility of the product in catering to a variety of applications needs and ambient conditions.

We offer a wide range of Oil-Air coolers in different sizes and series with a wide range of accessories to enable to allow flexible adaptation to various application requirements.

The brazed plate heat exchanger consists of several corrosion-resistant material corrugated plates, vacuum-brazed with copper or nickel depending on the application. This creates flowing channels between plates through which a hot medium and a cold medium (typically water) are circulated, thus achieving the purpose of Heat Exchange

A wide range of different sizes, capacities, and connections to suit different applications' needs are possible, these units can be configured as single-pass, dual-pass or multi-pass installations, according to project requirements.

The performance of an existing installed Oil Air cooler can be improved by using various types of available accessories, with these, it is possible to increase control, efficiency & security of the cooler and hence the complete hydraulic system

These accessories are available in different sizes and ranges to meet the most common requirements. The accessory depending on your application can be sourced out and integrated with your new oil air cooler or can be added later also thru the necessary mounting kit.

Spares and Accessories that we offer

  • Cooling Element Matrix
  • Cooler fan
  • Thermostat Kit – Adjustable type
  • Thermostat Kit – Fixed type
  • Bypass Valve – Pressure controlled
  • Bypass Valve – Temperature controlled
  • Dust Guard

Depending on the installed cooler series and type code, we offer a cooling element matrix and cooler fan depending on your requirements.

Thermostat Kit is an Electrical Switch mounted on one of the cooling element-free ports which operates the Fan motor. In the Adjustable type, the switch opens or closes the circuit at the selected temperature, while in the fixed type it closes the cooler circuit at the set fixed temperature

The bypass valve allows the oil to bypass the cooler matrix when a certain pressure (pressure-controlled valve) / temperature (temperature-controlled valve) is exceeded, thereby protecting the cooling element from bursting

Dust guards are external grills to protect the cooler matrix in particular, plus components and systems from tough conditions.
