How the Charging Kit Works

The charging block of the kit is screwed onto the gas valve of the accumulators and connected via hose to a commercial nitrogen bottle. A pressure reducing valve with a gas relief feature should be used if the accumulator’s operating pressure is lower than the nitrogen vessel.

If only checking or reducing pre-charge pressure is required, the charging block alone can be used.
